Tenants

At the end of your tenancy a clerk will be appointed to attend the property with the original inventory check in report to inspect the property and its contents. Prior to the check out you should take some time to go through the property and return all items back in their original locations as noted on the check in report.

Inventory Line takes a detailed and accurate record of the condition of the property and its contents before the commencement of the tenancy.When the tenancy expires, our inventory clerk will return to the property to compare the original condition with the end of tenancy condition.
